Most of our Northeast Ohio couples invest between $5,000-$8,000 in their wedding florals. What's included in a proposal

Our proposals are comprehensive, so you know exactly what you're getting before signing anything. Each one includes a detailed quote with a line-by-line list of every arrangement and its pricing, a design board with specific style direction and digital mockups of key arrangements, and the contract terms and next steps to move forward. We want you to feel fully confident in the vision and investment before you commit.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a non-refundable retainer of $1,500 is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your event.

Is there a minimum budget to work with you

Our minimum investment is $6,000 for wedding florals. That said, we do make exceptions for off-season events (Nov-April) or couples who are open to giving broad creative freedom — if that sounds like you, reach out anyway and we'll see if it's a good fit.

How far in advance should I book my florist?

We recommend booking your florist 9–12 months before your wedding, especially for peak season dates (May–October) in Northeast Ohio. Popular dates fill quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better. That said, we occasionally have availability for shorter timelines — don't hesitate to inquire.

It starts with an inquiry — from there, we put together your custom proposal, which includes a design board and itemized pricing so you can see exactly what we're envisioning before you commit to anything. Most couples are ready to book right after reviewing the proposal since everything is laid out in that much detail.
