QUESTIONNAIRE
Fill us in on your wedding plans, upload photos, Pinterest link and any floral must-have items for your big day
PROPOSAL
After inquiring, you'll receive a complete custom proposal that includes line-by-line items, pricing, a design board with digital mockups and contract term.
CONSULTATION
Most clients are ready to move forward after receiving their proposal — our detailed, line-by-line breakdowns and design boards take the guesswork out of the decision. But if you have revisions or additional questions, a follow-up consultation can be scheduled at that time.
BOOKING
Ready to book? To officially lock-in your wedding date: sign your contract and complete your $1500 retainer sent with your proposal.
AFTER BOOKING
In-person consultation & venue meetings are available upon request for full-service events.
Unlimited planning calls and design feedback is welcome to all full-service wedding clients.
FINAL PLANNING
We will be in-touch 4-6 weeks before your big day to schedule a planning call to touch base on final details, quantities and day-of timeline. If you have questions, changes or updates before then? Don't hesitate to reach out!
FINAL PAYMENT
The remainder of your balance is due 30 days before your big day.
Any additions to your proposal will be billed separately.
